Whether you have questions or concerns in regards to your order or any of our products online, we're more than happy to help you. Although we are willing to assist all our customers with any questions or concerns, we urge all our customers to first look through our FAQ section below. Many times most questions can be answered in our FAQ section and eliminate the need to contact our customer service department via phone, allowing us more time to assist those customers who cannot locate an answer or resolution online in our FAQ section. Q: How long does my order take to ship?
A: LaBonChic.com shipping staff is dedicated to processing and shipping your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our general turnaround time is 1-3 Business days after your order has been placed. However, as with most online businesses, we ask that you allow up to 2-9 business days for delivery. We do not ship orders placed on the same day. Please be aware : Very large orders can take up 4-5 business days to ship after it has been placed. These orders take longer to prepare for shipment.
Q: How do you ship the orders?
A: LaBonChic uses multiple shipping means to ship orders out, usually based on the choice our customer makes.
The available shipping methods are available:
- Fed Ex Ground, Overnight
- UCL
- UPS Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 2nd Day Air A.M., 3rd Day Select
- UPS Worldwide/International: Express, Expedited, Express Plus, Saver
Q: Can I get my order any faster?
A: Have your order shipped to the billing address, make sure all information is accurate at check out and select one of the following expedited shipping methods at check out. Keep in mind that selecting an expedited method of shipping is usually a higher cost than choosing ground shipping methods. Choose one of the expedited shipping methods ONLY if you wish to receive your order as soon as possible and are aware of the higher shipping cost.
*Please be aware that we cannot ship orders the same day that we receive them, so plan accordingly. Please also be aware that FedEx does not deliver on Saturday and Sunday. For this reason, an Overnight package shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday. Again, please plan accordingly!
Q: Can I ship my order to a different address from my billing address?
A: Sure, you certainly may ship to any address you wish. Please note if you ship to an alternative address, we may require additional identity verification. You may be contacted by our customer service department - emails will be sent from LaBonChic.com. To expedite the processing of your order, please be available at the phone number or email address that you provide so that we are able to contact you if need be. Please note that if our customer service department is unable to contact you, this could cause delays in the processing of your order or lead to cancellation of your order. Q: I paid for next day air service and my order didn't arrive the next day after I placed the order, why?
A: Next Day Air/Overnight Service means your order will be shipped by that shipping method 1-3 days after the order has been placed. If your order happens to ship on a Friday, it will be delivered on Monday as FedEx does not deliver on weekends. If it ships on a Tuesday it should arrive the next business day, once the package is picked up by our carrier they are responsible for the package.
Q: How can I check on the status of my order?
A: Click on the "Sign In" link at the top right corner of the website.
Enter your account information into the text box fields and click "Submit". You will then be redirected to the homepage. Once there, click the "My Account" link at the top of the site.Once at the "My Account" page, click the "Order Status" link to verify the status of your order.
Q: The status of my order is "Ready To Ship." What does that mean?
A: This status means that your order has been processed and is being prepared to ship.
Q: Can I make a change on my order, add an item or make an address correction?
A: Due to our high volume, All orders that are processed successfully go directly to the shipping floor within hours after the order is placed to get it shipped to you as quick as possible. Should you require a change to your order, please contact us the same day you place your order so that we may make the necessary changes before your order is shipped. There is a possibility that changes cannot be made to an order if we are not contacted in a timely fashion.
Q: How can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order by contacting our Customer Service department. It is highly advised you contact us before your order ships should you choose to cancel your order, as once it has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Q: What is your exchange/return policy?
A: Please click here to read our policy and instructions to know what you need to do have your items exchanged or if you are returning your order for a store credit.
Will I Be Charged for Return Shipping?
A: Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice. Please make sure you keep a tracking number for your records and insure your package, as we will not be held responsible for lost packages.
Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.? How much does it cost?
A: LaBonChic.com ships all over the world.
The actual shipping cost may vary, mostly depending on both the carrier chosen to ship and the distance of our warehouse. The customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, and other fees that may apply upon delivery of order. Please check on our website or by contacting customer service before you order.
Q: Will I be emailed my tracking number once my order ships out?
A: Yes, You are emailed a tracking number once the order has been approved to ship, assigned a tracking number and handed over to the warehouse for shipment. Please Note: Although your order has been marked shipped and you receive this email confirmation. Please allow up to 48-72 hours for Tracking activity to follow. There will be movement within that time frame.
