The name that is used when submitting such content may also be used.

In use of gift messages and e-mailing a page to a friend, contents can not be obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, contain viruses, commercial solicitation, chain letter, mass mailing or any form of spam.

LaBonChic.com collects personal and financial date from it's customers for the purpose of processing orders. Such information shall not, under any circumstances, be sold, rented, distributed or otherwise given out to anyone other than LaBonChic.com authorized staff members. Credit card information can be held within the website database for recurring order purposes and will be held strictly confidential. All credit card orders are processed over an encrypted online channel and all measures are taken to keep such information protected. LaBonChic.com is in no way held responsible for such information in the event of a hack, spike, bomb, virus or any other online crime and such information is obtained despite our best efforts to provide protection to such information.

When registering for an account, you will have a password and the option to save credit card information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.

Some information on the LaBonChic web site may contain typographical errors or other inaccuracies, be incomplete or not up-to-date. Some of this information may relate to product description, price or availability. LaBonChic is not liable for any such errors and mis-interpretations and holds the right to make any and all corrections at any given time with or without notice. All price and availability errors are subject to LaBonChic actual rates and inventory. Under no exceptions will LaBonChic honor such errors in the event an order is placed on items with such errors.
