LaBonChic's Return/Exchange Policy
Need to return something? Not a problem. Send back any bargain for whatever reason within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a store credit of your purchase price, excluding your original shipping and handling charges. You will also be responsible for all shipping charges on returned items and there will be a 20% restocking fee. You may also choose to exchange your order, but it must be at an equal value to your original order. Exchanges must also be done within 7 days of receipt.
Conditions & Instructions for Returns
Should you decide to return your order, please call LaBonChic.com customer service to obtain an RA NUMBER. Any and all orders will NOT be accepted without a valid RA number. Customer Service can be reached at Here
As you may expect, we ask that you return your purchase in unused condition, with its original packaging intact. Please take a look below for specific instructions regarding your merchandise.
To be accepted for return/exchange, orders must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories if any. Any order that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact and attached. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Due to all orders being wholesale, no items may be returned or exchanged individually. Returns and exchangs that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no store credit will be issued.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you believe a product was shipped in error from LaBonChic.com, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service so we can resolve the problem. Once again, keep in mind that all returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.
Late Returns
Unfortunately, items received after the 7-day return period cannot be accepted for a store credit or exchanged, and your package will be returned to you at your cost. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit will be issued.
